Er6n Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the er6n platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the er6n platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the er6n platform. er6n reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The er6n platform is exclusively for adult users aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in Malaysia.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full er6n experience, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Notify er6n immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or a security breach.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. er6n reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of our compliance procedures.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy

Er6n reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or attempted to manipulate the platform. Any balance in an account suspended due to fraud may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As an er6n user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent purposes, or actions that cause harm to other users.
Attempting to attack, hack, or disrupt er6n's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, and security systems.
Using automated software, bots, or any non-human method to access or interact with the platform.
Copying, distributing, or exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to er6n without prior written consent.
Posting content that is offensive, threatening, obscene, or that infringes upon the rights of any party.
Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.

Er6n reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against any user who violates these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the er6n platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). By making a deposit or withdrawal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Deposits: You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. er6n reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method at any time.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant conditions. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Transaction limits: er6n sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and will be displayed within your account.
Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to their winnings or betting activities under Malaysian law.

Er6n is not liable for any failed transactions caused by third-party errors, such as those from banking institutions or payment processors. Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to er6n within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The er6n platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. er6n does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or cyber threats at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, er6n will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds due to technical issues beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the er6n platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of er6n or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of this content without prior written consent from er6n.

Third-Party Links

The er6n platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. er6n is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Er6n reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the registered address. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
